How do I withdraw if my credit card lost or expired?

If your credit card cannot accept payments, we suggest you email us at service@fxtrading.com to specify the card type. We will also need a credit card statement containing the below details:

Credit Card Account Name

Deposits to FXTRADING.com

We will notify the Cash team to process the withdrawal(s) to your nominated bank account upon you providing the above.

If we have processed your payment, the bank will usually allocate the payments to a bank account linked to your credit card—if not, the payments might be rejected by your financial institution and returned to us. Upon receiving the returned payments, we can re-process the withdrawals to your bank account.
